Back Orders
Due to the unpredictability of vendor production and shipments we cannot guarantee inventory of all of the items featured on our site at all times. All items are subject to prior sale. If an item is not in stock you will be notified of the estimated shipping date. You will not be charged until your item is shipped. If the availability date is not acceptable, your order will be canceled.
Shipping
Orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders received Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped within 24 hours of the following business day. All orders include free ground shipping in the continental United States. Two day and three day delivery service is available at an additional charge. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packing material and accessories (where applicable). Please notify us via e-mail or telephone to expect a return item. We will issue a credit upon receipt of your undamaged return.
Damage Claims
If you receive a shipment damaged in transit, call us at (732) 668-9646 and we will arranged to have a return label issued. A replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damages must be received within 5 days of receipt. Replacements or refunds will not be issued until damaged items are received by Litoré.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are charged for shipments to the state of New Jersey only.
